Confidentiality
Data, analysis, and insights can be a competitive advantage. As such, BrandMixer takes privacy, confidentiality, and sensitive material seriously. The company frowns upon circuitous statements, i.e. “I can’t tell you who the retailer is, but it’s a very large one in Arkansas and they have an agreement with a large confectionery manufacturer in Southern California.” When confidentiality is breached, not only is the breach unethical from a business standpoint but it shakes our moral foundation. BrandMixer happily reviews and signs non-disclosure agreements with clients. The company also offers its own; all officers, advisors, and companies that work for BrandMixer are required to sign the BrandMixer NDA.
